Will my online purchase be secure? We at Kamarja Art realize the importance of privacy concerning your personal account. Therefore all information submitted to us while visiting our site will be submitted through a secure server, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the most advanced encryption technology available, to submit your request. What if the items are damaged? Our number one goal is to satisfy our customers. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for it to be replaced with another of the same item. There will be no additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive? Generally you'll receive your purchase within 3 - 7 days. Your order will ship directly from the Kamarja Art within 5 days. Oversized or Original paintings by the artist may require extra time.

What are the Shipping Charges? The shopping cart will calculate the total shipping charges based on the order total and destination.

What are the International Orders? The shopping cart will calculate the shipping charge including all taxes.

Will the color of print or artwork match with the image view on the computer monitor? Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full-sized prints or artwork. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.

How will the artwork be packaged and shipped? Kamarja Fine Art & Prints are shipped at full size. Our shipments are fully insured by Airborne Express, FedEx, or UPS so that a tracking number can be issued and insurance can be placed on each shipment, in the unfortunate case of damage.
